Dave Lawrence is the President of Apogee Leadership, an authorized licensee of Crestcom International – a leadership development organization which operates in over 60 countries. Crestcom works with 50+ small, mid-market and Fortune 500 companies in South Florida to develop critical management skills and train leaders on Effective Communication, Customer Service, Developing People, Managing Change, Negotiation, Problem Solving, Raising Productivity, Strategic Thinking and Team Building.
Prior to founding Apogee, Dave spent nearly 20 years leading high-growth Start-ups and Fortune 500 companies in the Industrial Distribution, Clean Energy and Technology industries to strategically grow, expand and execute in Latin America. Dave holds a B.A. in Economics and Spanish from Bowdoin College and an M.B.A from Duke University – The Fuqua School of Business. He is an avid kite surfer, photographer and adventure traveler having traveled to over 65 countries. He lives in Miami Shores, FL with his wife, Cassia, and son, Dominic.
